ELEMENT 3-5 achieved great successat the NRW Nano conference, which took place from September 30 to October 1,2025, in Dortmund. We were delighted to welcome again Mona Neubaur, Minister of Economic Affairs of North Rhine-Westphalia, as our guest at the NRW Nanoconference. During her visit to our booth, the Minister expressed keen interest in both the technology and ELEMENT 3-5 GmbH. As a young company with an ambitious growth plan, we are an interesting partner in the context of the desired structural change in the Rhineland mining region. The Minister also appreciated our "green footprint." Our technology saves 90% of energy and gas compared to conventional compound semiconductor production, and we avoid the use of toxic ammonia gas. The savings at the product level are even greater: components manufactured using compound semiconductors are significantly more energy-efficient than conventional silicon-based solutions. Thanks to the economic advantages of ELEMENT 3-5 technology, it can now also be integrated in the mass production –a significant benefit for our environment. Furthermore, participation in the conference was a complete success.
Over the two days, many interesting discussions and contacts took place, enabling the establishment of further business relationships and development cooperation.
