In the position of "Senior Process Engineer Epitaxy" you will be responsible for various processes in the field of III-V materials. Your job profile combines both the further development and process optimization of materials such as AlN or AlScN with the complete new development of semiconductor material compounds. At the Baesweiler location, you will take over the support and optimization of the individual processes.
In close coordination with the process technologists and the development partners, you will ensure the maintenance and further development of the individual processes responsible with regard to yield, process stability, defect density performance, costs and throughput, possibly also in the context of development projects.

— Support and optimization of individual processes
— Maintenance and further development of PVD/CVD coating systems and technologies for the deposition of AlN, GaN and other semiconductors
— Independent planning and processing of projects in the fields of hardware and process development
